Enhanced Accessibility, Feedback, and Navigation for Optimal Workflow

We're rolling out our latest platform updates, designed with you in mind. This release introduces enhanced user accessibility, a revamped feedback system, and improved design and navigation elements.

User Access & Data Management

Mandatory Account Actions:

• Users must now log in or create an account to access several features:
  • Preview profiles and skill sets from the search results
  • View search results beyond the first page
  • Create a profile
  • Access to Translate text-to-skills

Feedback Tab & Review Survey Enhancements

Feedback Tab:

• Easier management of review sessions: starting, sharing, ending, identifying, and switching.
• Access a comprehensive view of each feedback session, current or past.
• Get a snapshot of total number of reviewers, ratings overview, reviewer type distribution, and predominant locations.
• View individual skills, average ratings, and reviewer counts.
• Browse and search comments specific to the chosen session.

Review Survey:

• A new and improved Review Survey experience that gives reviewers greater ability to navigate between skills and skill sets.
• Confirmation patterns to ensure reviewers are aware they are submitting a review with skipped skills.
• Optimized for a better user experience on mobile devices.

Design & Usability Updates

Home Page: 

• Streamlined design and across-app navigation. 

Search Results Page:

• "Create a Profile" cart now displays more items and offers an intuitive scroll mechanism.

Profile Show Page:

• New style updates for a fresh look and feel.

Navigation: 

• New "Create" button in the top navigation for initiating profile creation.
• Top navigation update: “My Profiles” renamed to “Profiles.”
• Side menu changes: “My Personal Org” changed to “My Profiles.”
• Exciting addition: AI Career Mapper tool now linked under “Applications” in the side menu. 

Organization & Upgrade Features

New Organization Requests:

• Use the “Request Organization” button in the side menu to initiate a request via a dedicated form.

Profile Limits for Free Users:

• To ensure optimal platform performance and user experience, limits have been set on profile creation for free accounts.

Revamped Organization Management:

• Updates to the organization management page make it more intuitive and better positioned within the rest of the platform.
• Access the organization management page via the “Invite Members” button on the Organization’s profile page.
